Provide youth athletes with the opportunity to develop physically to compete in Track & Field events sanctioned by United States Track and Field (USATF) Association. Offer youth athletes in the Fairfax County area an opportunity to participate in Potomac Valley Association (PVA)/USATF Junior Olympics. Promote and encourage Youth Athletes to have fun and be physically fit via Track & Field.
